What brought you to Florida?
I followed my parents here from Rhode Island as a teen. My husband is a real estate agent. We worked together. We have a beautiful daughter who is 20 and a 27 year old daughter who is a SJC teacher.
Have you always had pets?
Yup!! Labs are our favorite!!
Please introduce us to your Fur Family. How did you meet and become FURever companions?
Sadie Mae is a 4yr old silver lab. We traveled all the way to Tennessee to pick her up! Instant LOVE!
What do you love most about your pet?
Sadie has a shady side. We call her shady Sadie sometimes. Her tongue is always flapping everywhere! Try a stare down. You will lose!!
How has 9 to 5 Pets made your life easier? What do your pets enjoy the most from our service?
My husband David had a stroke in March 2020. 9 to 5 Pets helps me to focus on his recovery while Sadie goes on an adventure. She truly looks forward to it every time.
What are your favorite activities you share with your pet?
Sadie Mae loves the park and beach. She is ball obsessed and water obsessed! She loves food.
Share a fond memory with your pet:
Picking up Sadie in Tennessee was our fondest memory. We fell in love with her right away.
What life lessons have you learned from your Fur Family?
Not to trust her with a loaf of bread or anything on the countertops! She will eat it all. I also learned that Sadie only wants to be loved on her time, and her time only. Not sure if these are life lessons…ha ha!

What is the best gift anyone has ever given to you?
God has given me two beautiful daughters, a wonderful husband, and a beautiful shady Labrador named Sadie.
