What brought you to Florida?
We came here for work, my fiance and I are both anesthesiologists.
Have you always had pets?
Yes
Please introduce us to your Fur Family. How did you meet and become FURever companions?
Pooka: 7 months, Australian Shepherd, bought from breeder in Georgia
Blue: 3 years, English Mastiff, bought from breeder in Florida
What do you love most about your pets?
Despite being best friends, these two are complete opposites. Blue is a big teddy bear who would be content sleeping all day.
Pooka, however, is an endless ball of energy that cannot be tamed.
How has 9 to 5 Pets made your life easier? What do your pets enjoy the most from our service?
We both work full time jobs so 9 to 5 Pets has helped tremendously by making sure our pups get the breaks they need throughout the day.
What are your favorite activities you share with your pet?
We do long walks around the neighborhood with both. Pooka is a fan of skateboarding and walks on the beach while blue is a fan of barking at the waves. They both love to play tug of war and compete to catch the tennis ball.
What life lessons have you learned from your Fur Family?
If thinking about getting an English Mastiff, be sure you’re okay with drool being everywhere. If thinking about getting an Australian Shepherd, make sure you have the time to help rid her of all that energy.
